At Route One Apparel, we want you to wear your Maryland pride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that custom-printed items and clearance products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
